When I walked down to breakfast in that cool, old cellar, I swear, it felt like stepping back in time. The spread was just amazing, I could hardly decide what to fill my plate with! Everything was fresh and delicious. I reckon the only thing that could've made it better was if my room had a kettle for a late-night tea.

Charming stay near the old bridge

Our experience began beautifully with a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel’s traditional style complemented its modern amenities, and the cozy cellar breakfast area elevated our mornings. We appreciated the convenient location just a short walk from local attractions, allowing us to explore the vibrant atmosphere of Würzburg easily.

However, reaching the hotel required navigating a few stairs before accessing the elevator, which could be challenging with heavy luggage. Additionally, while we found the room comfortable, it was smaller than expected, and we missed having tea or coffee-making facilities.

I had a fantastic solo stay for 3 nights. The location is perfect-just steps from the Festung and a pleasant walk to the Alte Mainbrücke. The breakfast was great, accommodating my vegan needs. The views from my single room were excellent, blending historical charm with modern comfort. 🥐

The small but comfortable room had thoughtful amenities, including a Dyson fan for the hot weather. Breakfast offered a delightful variety in a charming cellar setting, and the staff were professional and accommodating, making my mornings pleasant. I appreciated the easy access to parking, clearly explained during check-in. However, the room felt cramped, with a hard bed pushed against the wall, and the lack of air conditioning created an uncomfortable heat at night. I also struggled with the street noise, which disturbed my sleep. Overall, a nice hotel close to sights, but some discomfort in room size and temperature.

The location near local attractions was incredibly convenient, and the breakfast spread was a highlight with a fantastic egg station and fresh options. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist. However, the room felt small for the price, and there was no AC, making it a bit uncomfortable on warmer days. Navigating the stairs to access the lift also posed challenges with luggage.

The location was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed exploring iconic sites like the Alte Bridge and the beautiful gardens nearby. The staff were super helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a great selection, and it felt cozy with the traditional German atmosphere.

We were surprised to find there was an extra charge for Wi-Fi, which was a bit frustrating as it didn’t work well, and we weren't clear about those costs during check-in.

Absolutely love the location! Just a hop away from the castle and shops. The vibe is great, and the views from the rooms are like a postcard!

But the rooms were so small that I nearly mistook the bed for a cozy sleep pod! Plus, my pillow could've used a little more fluff—next time I'll bring my own!
